Upon returning the product, you will be eligible for either an exchange of equal value to your original order or a refund of the order amount, excluding shipping costs.

To qualify for the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee, you must fulfill the following requirements:

  1. The items must be in their original packaging and undamaged.
  2. Buyers must initiate the return process within 90 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.
  3. Before sending the product back, you must obtain approval from our customer support team. Please do not return the item to the address on the package without prior authorization.

12-Month Warranty

In the event that your product arrives and you discover that it is not functioning properly, defective, or damaged, please reach out to us, and we will send you a replacement at no cost to you!
This Warranty allows for up to three replacements within one year of receiving your order. However, it does not cover physical damage resulting from misuse or accidental damage to the product. Once three replacements have been issued, you will have the option to receive store credit.
